Hygienic Sight Glass Assemblies and Sight Level Indicators.
Manufactured from Non-Stick heavy wall extruded FEP Teflon tubing,
This range of sight glasses conform to FDA CFR 177.2600 requirements,
Specifically designed to aid visual flow of product transfer and tank level readings,
Suitable for all Food, Pharmaceutical, Dairy, Brewery and Bio-Chemical Process applications.
FEP / Teflon offers excellent chemical resistance combined with a temperature range -
from - 60 to + 250 degrees 'C' , and working pressures up to 20.0 Bar ( 300 PSI ).
Suitable for tank and vessel level readings and
visual flow of products conveyed through hoses.
Available in sizes ranging from 1/8" up to 6" internal diameter.
All tubes can be supplied complete fitted with the Techniflex range of hygienically swaged 316 stainless steel
end fittings or as an integral part of our hygienic hoses, and also our PTFE lined Chemical transfer hose range.
Translucent FEP Dip tubes can be fitted onto our range of hygienic or PTFE hoses, or can be supplied as
individual components in both virgin and anti-static materials to suit drum filling / drum emptying applications.
