Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency, if you are outside the UK.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule
Despatch:-
Any times quoted for despatch are from the receipt by us of an order to proceed. Elapsed time of despatch are submitted without liability for delay however occasioned, but every effort will be made to achieve them.
Damage/Loss in Transit/Non Delivery/late delivery:-
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods promptly on arrival. Any claims for damage, non delivery, loss in transit must be made within 4 days of receipt.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.0% VAT is added to your invoice. As from 1st Dec 2008.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Should any defects develop under proper use of goods supplied within a period of 12 months after delivery as a consequence of design, materials or workmanship then we will make good by repair or replacement any such defect providing the defective goods are returned to us promptly at the following address:

Returns Policy
Returns/Cancellation and Handling Charges
Before returning any goods please read our Terms and Conditions.
Circuit Hydraulics must be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery.
All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or appropriate proof of purchase, i.e. credit card slip.
All items ordered via our web site should be returned to:

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
Parts ordered to customer's specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality or not as originally described.
All orders cancelled within 14 days (commencing the day receipt of the goods) will be subject to either a 15% handling charge or £20 whichever is the greater.
Goods returned between 15 and 28 days (commencing the day receipt of the goods) will be subject to either a 25% handling charge or £20, whichever is the greater.
Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified within 4 days following receipt of the goods.
All parts being returned for credit must be in a resalable condition.
Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, if any sealant or grease has been applied or if the packaging has been damaged.
All goods remain the property of Circuit Hydraulics Ltd until paid for in full and payment has been received in full.
